Parikshak.ai is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps teams find and evaluate high-quality candidates faster. During the early product phase, I worked with the founders to define the core recruiter experience, evaluation workflows, and the design system principles that shaped the product’s first scalable UI direction. My focus was on clarity, repeatable workflows, and decision confidence, ensuring recruiters could evaluate candidates quickly without losing context.
